1. What Enough is — and is not

Enough is a tool for recording what you own and owe and projecting it forward on assumptions you choose. It provides general information and calculations based on the figures you enter.

Enough is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and does not recommend any product, security or course of action. Projections, ranges, independence dates and priority orders are estimates, not guarantees; real returns, inflation, fees and tax will differ. Decisions you make with the app’s output are your own. If you need advice for your situation, speak to a qualified professional.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, as permitted by the rules of the app store you downloaded it from. You may not copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it regardless of these terms. The app, its design and its content remain ours.

3. Your data

The data you enter stays on your device; we never receive it (see the Privacy Policy). That also means you are responsible for it:

• There is no sync between devices and no automatic backup. Moving to a new phone is a manual backup and restore.
• Deleting the app, resetting or losing your phone deletes the data unless you kept a backup.
• The app lock guards access to the screen. It is not encryption.
• Figures and assumptions are only as accurate as what you enter.

4. Enough Pro

The free version is permanent and not a trial. Enough Pro unlocks additional features and is offered as:

• Enough Pro Monthly — an auto-renewable subscription, billed every month;
• Enough Pro Yearly — an auto-renewable subscription, billed every year;
• Enough Pro Lifetime — a one-time purchase that does not renew.

Prices are shown in the app and on the store before you buy, in your local currency, and may include taxes. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the same length and the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies; we cannot issue them directly. Nothing in these terms limits any right to withdraw or obtain a refund that consumer law gives you.

If Pro ends, nothing you entered is deleted or hidden. The Pro screens stop computing, backup and restore keep working, and everything returns if you subscribe again.

5. Changes to the app

We may update, change or discontinue features to improve the app or to comply with the law or store rules. We will not remove features from a Pro subscription you have already paid for during its current period without offering a fair remedy.

6. Warranty and liability

We work carefully to make the calculations correct, and the maths is checked by automated tests. Even so, the app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law, including that it will be error-free or that its projections will match real outcomes.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any financial loss, loss of data, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app or reliance on its output. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Enough Pro in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Apple App Store

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, the following also applies:

• These terms are between you and us, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for the app and its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
• If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.
• Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection, or intellectual property infringement claims.
• You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and where it conflicts with these terms for apps obtained from the App Store, these terms prevail only to the extent Apple permits.

8. Google Play

If you downloaded the app from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply to your use of the store and to purchases made through it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts there.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects you, we will say so in the app or on this page before it takes effect. Continuing to use the app afterwards means you accept the updated terms.
